Treecreeper (shade vs light)

Certhia familiaris

Just managed to get onto this mouse like fella before it  flew off to another tree. Not particularly sharp as it was in the shade and handheld, but this image shows it off well enough.

    It is well camouflaged with both trees, despite the differing green and brown hues. Lovely pictures

    Super images, Dave. I've had a couple of sightings in my garden this year, but not managed even a record shot so far.

    Nice little birds - we have species that behave in a very similar way here, but they are a bit bigger.
