Treecreeper (shade vs light)

Certhia familiaris

Just managed to get onto this mouse like fella before it  flew off to another tree. Not particularly sharp as it was in the shade and handheld, but this image shows it off well enough.


and here it is on the other tree with some nice warm lighting

  4. Nice little birds - we have species that behave in a very similar way here, but they are a bit bigger.
