April moths - at last a few species in better numbers

Winter for mothing is much of a write off so its nice to feel the slightly warmer mornings although as we know its sometimes undone with the rather lengthy month of April showers. Friday night lived upto expectations then.......

I place the trap slightly under cover to try to miss most of the night time rainfall and it worked with a relatively dry trap and my largest count of the early season upto now.
